How do I buy, sell or transfer tickets?

Buy tickets and get help through our official Tickit outlet. Lost your ticket? Get it resent. Transferring is easy via the transfer feature — each person on the land must have their own ticket in their own name.

What are the gate hours? Is re-entry allowed?

Early Entry Thu Sep 17: 2 pm–10 pm. Fri Sep 18: 10 am–10 pm. Sat Sep 19: 10 am–10 pm. Sun Sep 20: from 10 am (wellness check required on exit). Re-entry is allowed during gate hours with your wristband — only drive if you are sober and well rested. Need to leave after hours? Tell gate staff at check-in. All non-staff attendees must be off the property by 6 pm Sunday.

Is there potable water?

Yes, but supply is limited — it's for top-ups and emergencies. Bring your own water for the weekend.

Question 4

Will there be vendors and an ATM?

Accepted Answer

Yes — an artisan market plus food vendors with options for special diets (gluten-free, vegan). We aim to have an ATM on site and most vendors take cards, but bring cash to be safe.

Question 5

What about bathrooms and showers?

Accepted Answer

Porta-potties and handwash stations are spread throughout the grounds. There are no showers on site.

Question 6

Are fires allowed? Can I spin fire props?

Accepted Answer

No wood-burning campfires — only self-contained propane fire pits, supervised at all times. Community fire pits are at each stage. Unsanctioned fire props (hoops, poi, staff) are not allowed.

Question 7

Can I swim or boat on the lake?

Accepted Answer

No — the lake is off limits to everyone. It's full of weeds, leeches and wetland wildlife. Please keep children away from the water; the shoreline is roped off and monitored by security.

Question 8

Can I bring my pet?

Accepted Answer

No pets — a bass-music festival isn't safe or comfortable for them. Registered service animals are welcome; please notify us in advance.

Question 9

What will the weather be like?

Accepted Answer

Alberta weather can swing from hot sun to near-freezing nights, with wind, rain and hail possible. Pack for everything: shade and fans for the day, extra blankets and warm layers at night. Check the Gwynne forecast before you leave.

Question 10

First aid, harm reduction and sanctuary?

Accepted Answer

First Aid staff are on duty all weekend. The Peak Harm Reduction Sanctuary Tent offers supplies (earplugs, condoms) and trained volunteers — no judgment, no punishment for visiting.

The property is small enough to walk end-to-end in about 5 minutes. It's also the year-round home of the landowner — the red-marked area on the site map is his residence and is off limits. Please respect his space so we're welcomed back!
