How to use this app

Everything you need to get the most out of the festival schedule.

Browse the schedule

  • The default Grid view shows all four days and every public stage at once. Tap any day or stage filter to narrow it down.
  • Switch to List view for a chronological rundown of the day. Great when you want to see what's happening next.
  • On mobile, cards show the time, artist thumbnail, stage icon, and event type badge. Tap a card to see the full details.

Build your personal schedule

  • Tap the heart on any set to save it. Your favourites become your personal "My Schedule" — no account needed.
  • Favourites are stored on your device, so they work even when you have no signal. They stay private to your phone.
  • If you clear your browser data or use private/incognito browsing, your saved sets will not be kept. Add the app to your home screen to help protect them.

Explore artists

  • Visit the Artists page to see everyone performing. Filter by DJs, live music, performers, workshops, or stage.
  • Tap an artist name anywhere in the schedule or artist list to open their bio card — photos, bio, and links open without leaving the page.

Find your way around

  • Open Site map to zoom and pan the festival grounds. Tap any landmark to focus it and read details.
  • The site map, schedule, artist list, and info pages are cached for offline use. Open the app once with service before you arrive so everything downloads.

Tips for the weekend

  • Add the app to your home screen for the best experience and to keep your saved sets safe.
  • Use the info pages for the code of conduct, harm reduction & medical info, lost child procedure, and anonymous incident reporting.
  • Thursday, September 17 is early entry with limited programming. Public programming runs Friday, September 18 through Sunday, September 20.
