Lost child

Lost children are brought to the Peak Harm Reduction Tent for reunification.

If you find a lost child

Take them to the Peak Harm Reduction Tent, or ask any security or crew member to bring them there. Stay with them until they are with crew. Crew can scan the QR code on the child's wristband to reunite them with a parent or guardian. The parent's contact info is a tap away after a wristband scan.

If your child is missing

  1. Tell the nearest crew member or security immediately — every radio reaches the whole site.
  2. Give their name, age, what they're wearing and where you last saw them.
  3. Go to the Peak Harm Reduction Tent — that is the reunification point.
  4. Crew begin a site-wide radio search within minutes; gates are notified.

Prevention

  • Families must check in at the Peak Harm Reduction Tent to pick up wristbands and fill out a Family Communication Plan.
  • Parent contact details are stored in the wristband QR code and can only be accessed by staff.
  • Pick a family meeting spot on arrival and point it out to your kids.
  • Show them what crew and security look like, and that they are safe to approach.
